Impact Physiotherapy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation or re-booking of your appointment. Lack of 48 hours notice or non attendance will result in a fee in the amount of the full cost of the visit. This includes all appointments, private/MPI/WCB, for which you must pay personally if missed.
